Grand Oaks Apartments

Thank you for your interest in us!  We are a HUD housing project located in Hillsboro, KANSAS.  We offer twenty-four, one-bedroom apartments that are the perfect size for a one or two-person family. Rent and eligibility for our program are income-based. Click here to review the requirements. Openings are filled from our waiting list in the order in which applications are received.
